I have been playing halo instead of COD4 because of fan boys. Halo3 is different to infinitywards video games. Storyline of halo 3 is based in the futrue, aliens what ever you want to call it. Bungie made Halo 3 to how they wanted it. Infinity are making this game to how they want it.
If people like you had some sort of intelligence to anything and to put things into common sence you would realise that if it wasnt for Halo 3 then maybe we wouldnt be where we are now with gaming.
Example I had a conversation with a guy on call of duty 4 recently:
Pro 13: What makes Halo 3 such a bad game?
Players in lobby: Everything.
Pro 13: So jumping around corners and holding duel weapons is just so lame. As well as grenades that stick to you, and no scoping etc. Doesn’t make any game cool?
Players in lobby: Exactly, it’s so bloody lame that’s why COD4 and Modern Warfare 2 does and will blow HALO 3 out of the park.
Pro 13: Well is it not funny that everything that has been done on Halo 3 is now in this call of duty game? That ever where you go when you play a game guys are jumping around corners and shooting the other player , but we can not call this halo jumping coz it would make us look like geeks we will call it Strafe Jumping :P LMFAO!!. Trying to look like the MEAN PRO PLAYER and no scope, (acog and steady aim "LOL") DLC maps is available for the players to download, ranks and levels. And now in Modern warfare 2 you can pick up dual weapons, not only that… sticky explosive.
To say it sucks in Halo but not in modern war is a complete joke, everything that you can get and what can be done on your 360 is all thanks to halo, and just because its not Modern and hip and based in the future doesn’t mean its a geeks game.
I’m sorry for my rant guys, it just makes me so angry that because everyone plays one game is it suppose to be cool? Let alone that Halo 3 has more updates, and gives more to the "actually people wanting to player" other than leaving the team killers in there for hours. As well as making everything run alot smoother.
There are so many things that Halo 3 does for the gamer compared to COD. I’m not saying Halo 3 best game ever, I’m just saying that there’s a very wide range of games out there. Each producing there own storyline, each having different concepts to the game and reasons why the player mechanics are designed a way to suit the story line. Just because is doesn’t meet the so called "MODERN WAR" state doesn’t actually mean it’s a bad game... think about it
I loved Call of Duty 4 good game. Why because it meet the expectations it was surpose to. Halo Loved the game as well as modern war it meet the expectations.
So please people dont be retared and base everything around one game. Ohk
Im pretty sure the guys at infinity are not trying to be like Halo 3. They are doing what they think is right for them and for YOU!!!
