Can you turn off the blood and language in this game?

I recently bought a new pc, with an AMD proccesor and an ATI graphics card.

i also got a coupon for mw2 wich allowed me to download it off steam.

ive played the game on ps3, very fun and intense.

im just wondering if you can turn off the blood and language?

just wondering...
