beta is already released?

i hered that the beta is already released.
and some guys on youtube are trying to say its out =
im not sure if this breaks rules(sorry if it does its not intentional)

im just wondering if a beta has actualy been released yet because
if one has then its a very hush hush as there is hardly any info on the actual game
exept for the whats given out in the teaser(s).
